Clinical Presentation
An 81-year-old woman presented with an enlarged left supraclavicular lymph node. There were PET positive lesions of the tongue, epigastric lymph nodes, right middle lobe of lung, and mid-transverse colon. Her past medical history was significant for a TAH-BSO procedure to treat endometrial carcinoma (stage 1 at the time of diagnosis). Needle biopsy of the lymph node was performed. Histological examination confirmed a largely necrotic tumor. An extensive IHC workup was performed. The case was sent in for consultation.
